Amen to your comment about water.  A single super-size soda can provide half of a days calories.

Unfortunately, the french fries may have to go as well.  Acrylamide is a known carcinogen that is formed when starchy foods are heated, that was discovered in french fries and chips by Swedish researchers in 2002.  California&#039;s Attorney General is currently suing 8 fast food establishments, trying to have a warning placed on french fry packages.
